Water Billing:

Water meter readings and subsequent billings are billed quarterly - March, June, September, December

Payment:

e-transfer: admin@delowin.ca or visit the Municipality of Deloraine-Winchester Office to pay by cash, debit or cheque. 

Unpaid amounts are subject to a ??% penalty in the amount of the bill and shall be charged if the account is not paid by the due date. Penalty is applied on the 1st of every month.
