Utility Rates - Effective April 1st, 2026

Quarterly Service Charge - $22.92

Water (per 1,000 gallons) - $27.72

Wastewater (per 1,000 gallons) - $6.69

Minimum Quarterly Charge - $126.15

Bulk Water Sales (per 1,000 gallons) - $34.00

Meter Removal - $100.00

Meter Reinstallation - $100.00 

Water Billing:

Water meter readings and subsequent billings are billed quarterly - March, June, September, December. 

Payment:

e-transfer: admin@delowin.ca or visit the Municipality of Deloraine-Winchester Office to pay by cash, debit or cheque. 

Accounts shall be billed quarterly and are payable 20 days of the billing date.  

Unpaid amounts are subject to a 1.25% penalty in the amount of the bill and shall be charged if the account is not paid by the due date. Penalty is applied on the 1st of every month.
